Precision CNC Turning Services

At Twin City EDM and Manufacturing, our precision CNC turning equipment provides true six-face machining capabilities. Our twin turret lathes are capable of boring, drilling, milling, reaming, turning, broaching, deep hole drilling, hobbing, shaping, and virtually any threading process including thread whirling, single point threading, and thread milling. Our machines are capable of up to 9-axis turning for cutting complex geometries into billets and bar stock. Bars up to 51 mm and billets up to 190 mm with a maximum length of 400 mm can be turned and milled.

Our automatic tool changers and bar feeders mean we can practice lights out manufacturing. The ability to produce parts without operators at the machine mean more parts in less time for less money. Our Smart Scope Vision Systems and Zeiss CMM are used to ensure that all parts meet even the strictest close work tolerances. We have a full-time quality staff that is trained in geometric tolerancing, print reading, and inspection equipment usage, and we maintain an updated calibration system to ensure all machinery and inspection equipment is functioning correctly.
