Precision CNC Milling Services

Twin City EDM and Manufacturing provides comprehensive precision CNC milling services to customers in the medical, surgical, aerospace, and defense industries. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, boring, knurling, milling, turning, broaching, deep hole drilling, hard milling, hobbing, and shaping. Finish machining capabilities include deburring, grinding and polishing. We can mill parts up to 44" x 20.5" x 20.5" with tolerances as tight as ±.0001" and a repeatability of ±.00008". Our experienced staff can expertly mill a range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, nickel, rubber polymers, plastics, ceramics, graphite, and composites.

Our 5-axis milling centers are equipped with automatic part feeders and tool changers, which allow us to produce time-consuming complex parts without operator supervision. This increases our production capacity and reduces our overhead, providing our customers with very price competitive parts. Twin City EDM & Manufacturing is ISO 9001:2008 certified and has two full shifts of quality assurance staff to ensure proper testing and inspection procedures are always carried out. We are complaint with ISO 13485:2003, ASTM 485, MIL-W-13855, MIL-L-45208A, and MIL-Q-9858A specifications.
