EDM Accurate Stamping Dies. Twin City EDM and Manufacturing can machine accurate dies. Electrical discharge machining, or EDM, is used after heat treating to eliminate shrinkage and heat distortion. You get a more precise product that runs smoother and longer because of the exact punch to die clearances.

EDM Single Electrode Operation. Twin City EDM and Manufacturing has developed a method of substantially reducing the cost of machining electrodes. Instead of providing several electrodes for one operation, we can design complex electrodes in our CAD/CAM design center. This process provides you with accurate parts machined while reducing your costs and machining time.
Money-Saving Prototypes. Using state-of-the-art prototype development methods, we can produce parts and components cost-effectively. You save time and money because research no longer has to build a die to meet the requirements of an unproven design.
Swiss-Turning Our 7-axis turning capabilities extends our machining services beyond our core EDM specialty. We can produce complex parts turned from round stock material based on your design.
Electrical Discharge Machining - Standard and Unique Production Parts. One to one million pieces. Twin City EDM and Manufacturing can do multi-part tooling and fixturing and stack parts, reducing the cost and delivery time on each run. We cut standard and unique geometric shapes, create tight corner radii and meet critical surface finish requirements. You get an accurate heat-treated part that doesn't require secondary vendors or processing.
